Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for verifying and posting payments received from customers.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments to accounts

Process and record all payment types, including ACH, wires, and lockbox activity

Reconcile payment discrepancies and support the Team Leader in maintaining efficient processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or 2-4 years of experience in a comparable role

Intermediate knowledge of PC-based applications, particularly Google Sheets

Proactive in improving processes and seeking professional development opportunities

Must successfully pass a background investigation

Enthusiasm for automation and emerging technologies in business processes
