Position Summary

PrideStaff is hiring a Production & Inventory Coordinator for a growing aviation company in Bend, OR. This role is responsible for the flow of materials through the production cycle.

Primary Responsibilities

ERP Management : Utilize the ECI M1 ERP system to track inventory, and manage production data.

Material Handling : Accurately pull parts for the assembly team and organize batches of completed products for final inspection and shipping.

Shipping Support : Assist with final packaging and shipping preparations as needed to ensure timely delivery to aviation customers.

Qualifications

ERP Proficiency : Previous experience working within an ERP system; specific experience with ECI M1 is a significant plus.

Inventory Control : Experience in inventory management within an assembly or manufacturing environment.

Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy required for managing documentation.

Shipping : Previous experience with shipping and logistics (UPS / FedEx / Freight) is considered a strong bonus.

Physical Capability : Ability to stand for long periods and lift parts / batches as required by the production floor.
