A company is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to provide critical support in contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and accurately reflect business requirements in contracts
Review, draft, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and amendments while managing a portfolio throughout the contract lifecycle
Monitor contract performance milestones and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract and subcontract administration
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or process improvement
Ability to implement knowledge of various contract forms and their appropriate use
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems
