Responsibilities :

• Participate in outing planning and transportation.
• Monitor staff compliance with policies, procedures, training expectations, and protocols.
• Assist in the investigation of accident, injury or other incidents requiring employee interviews and the preparation of statements.
• Training on treatment principals, including Behavioral Interventions, and generally assisting the Residential Coordinator as needed and requested.
