Position Title : Scanning Production Opportunities Description AIM Production OpportunitiesDepartment : AIM ProductionReports To : AIM Production ManagerSalary : $17.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experienceLocation : Seattle, WAAbout the RolesARC Document Solutions is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our AIM Production team. We have multiple openings available in trimming / cutting, scanning, and quality control. Each role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality document management services for our clients.Available Positions1. Document Trimmer / Cutter OperatorSummary : Operate industrial document cutters / trimmers to perform bound book trimming services and prepare documents for scanning.Key Responsibilities : Receive and process pallets of boxes for trimming.Operate and maintain heavy-duty cutting equipment.Adjust settings as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Qualifications : 1+ years operating heavy-duty production equipment.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.2. Document Scanning OperatorSummary : Perform document scanning services using high-speed production scanners while meeting daily production goals.Key Responsibilities : Read and follow work orders and project procedures.Operate scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon) and adjust settings as needed.Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.Inspect output for image quality, accuracy, and completeness.Qualifications : 1+ years of production-level document scanning experience.Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. regularly.Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Excel).Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. when reviewing against physical records.General Expectations for All RolesBe punctual, dependable, and goal-oriented.Work collaboratively and maintain a positive, professional attitude.Follow company rules, security guidelines, and production schedules.Remain flexible to support other AIM Production tasks as needed.Ability to pass background check.Work ConditionsSecure facility with no mobile phones during production hours.Moderate noise level.Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions required.PM20PI72e55a341712-30134-38693630
