Key Responsibilities

Develops and maintains a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates

Manages the full cycle recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and coordinating communications between hiring managers and applicants

Utilizes online recruiting sources to identify candidates and maintains employment records for future reference

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Advanced knowledge and experience in full cycle recruitment

Proficiency in using multiple internet recruiting sites to network and recruit

Current or previous experience in mortgage sales or operations

Understanding of human resources practices related to the new hire process

Proven success in a fast-paced, sales-oriented work environment
