Full Stack Developer

This is a remote position. We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with front-end expertise to work directly with our client in building a remote monitoring and management dashboard for cardiac devices from leading manufacturers like Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Biotronik, and Abbott.

This is a unique opportunity to own the product end-to-end from building sleek UI components to managing robust back-end APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) features.
Work closely with the CEO / Product Owner to translate requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
Optimise application for maximum speed and performance across devices.
Ensure high-quality code, automated testing, and adherence to modern development best practices.
Contribute to technical architecture & decision-making as the team grows.
Work hand-in-hand with UX / UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces.

Leadership & Collaboration

Work directly with the CEO / Product Owner and collaborate across teams.

A self-starter who can take ownership of full product modules.

Opportunity to lead and mentor developers as the team expands.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

10-12 years of full-stack development experience (HealthTech experience is a BIG PLUS).

Proven track record of building end-to-end applications (front-end + back-end).

Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures.

Technical Skills

Front-End Development (Strong Focus) :

React.js (MANDATORY) building reusable components, responsive layouts, and optimised front-end performance.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience with state management (Redux or Context API).

Familiarity with UI / UX best practices and integrating with APIs / GraphQL.

Back-End Development :

Node.js & Express.js (Expert level) API design, microservices, authentication, and integration.

GraphQL experience is highly desirable.

Database & Cloud :

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud (deployment, automation, CI / CD).

DevOps & Architecture :

Strong understanding of DevOps practices (CI / CD pipelines, containerisation is a plus).

Ability to design and maintain scalable, secure architectures.
