Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-time | Occupational Medicine | 301 Dodson St, Midland, TX 79701
Join our dedicated team at Midland Physical Therapy , where your skills as a Physical Therapist (PT) will directly impact the lives of our patients. In our outpatient clinics, you will not only treat conditions, but also foster meaningful relationships and enhance patient well-being within a supportive, team-focused environment.
As a part of our team, you will work with a diverse array of diagnoses, including pre- and post-operative conditions, spinal disorders, gait and balance issues, and more. Whether you prefer a wide-ranging caseload or wish to focus on specific areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular, or concussion care, we offer the flexibility to suit your professional interests.
This unique opportunity at Midland Physical Therapy includes valuable hands-on experience in occupational medicine and testing. You'll receive training in DOT-regulated physicals, audiometric testing, pulmonary function tests, and fitness-for-duty assessments, broadening your expertise beyond traditional physical therapy.
Your Role :
- Evaluate and treat patients facing orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, and sports-related conditions.
- Create personalized outpatient physical therapy plans to maximize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and document all treatments using Raintree EMR.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to team initiatives.
- Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 50 visits weekly, with dedicated time for documentation.
