About the Position :
Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neurosurgery at Aurora St Lukes Medical Center. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions.
Shift : 3rd Shift (Full-time) - 36 hours per week
Compensation : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for 3rd Shift roles.
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Your Contributions :
- Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate patient care.
- Anticipate and recognize changes in patient conditions, responding with timely, effective interventions.
- Coordinate discharge plans using an individualized, team-based approach.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
