• Teach hands-on welding techniques: ARC MIG TIG (aluminum & stainless) Flux Core
• Deliver engaging instruction in safety blueprint reading measurements and proper tool use
• Guide students through AWS-aligned Training Achievement Records (TARs)
• Maintain a clean safe OSHA-compliant welding shop
• Mentor and motivate at-risk youth toward independence and career success
• Support career readiness and job placement efforts
• Track student attendance progress and skills mastery
  
  

• American Welding Society (AWS) Certification
• Certification and hands-on experience in:
  • Arc Welding
  • Flux Core Welding
  • Aluminum TIG
  • Stainless Steel TIG
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Patience leadership and a genuine desire to help young people grow
• Ability to model professionalism safety and positive work habits
