Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team at our facility in Fontana, CA, 92337. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our machinery operates efficiently and safely. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with your hands, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate various types of machinery in accordance with production specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Document production data and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
