At Hand & Stone Williamsburg, we’re seeking a Spa Manager who is more than just a manager — we’re looking for a business-minded leader, sales coach, and people champion to help us build something exceptional. Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:

Leadership & Team Development

• Serve as a right-hand to ownership—partner on strategy, growth, and day-to-day execution
• Train, mentor, and inspire front desk staff and service providers to achieve individual and team goals
• Cultivate a supportive, sales-driven, and high-performance culture

Sales & Membership Conversion

• Lead by example in educating clients on our wellness offerings and Lifestyle Program
• Coach your team to confidently sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
• Implement promotions and strategies to consistently drive revenue

Spa Operations & Client Experience

• Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Ensure every client receives an exceptional, consistent, and personalized experience
• Track performance metrics and execute improvements as needed

Recruiting & Staffing

• Build and maintain a passionate team of licensed professionals and spa associates
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring team engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of management experience (spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or retail preferred)
• Sales-focused mindset with a proven track record of hitting goals
• Knowledge of skincare and massage services (or eager to learn and promote them)
• Flexible schedule including evenings and at least one weekend day
• Natural leader, exceptional communicator, and problem-solver

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $58,000-$72,000 (commensurate with experience)
