Join Our Team as a Server / FOH at ZZ Hotpot House!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? ZZ Hotpot House, located in Garden Grove, CA, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Server / Front of House (FOH) team member to help us create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do

As a Server / FOH team member, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Greeting and seating guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely service.
  • Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our dishes.
  • Delivering food and beverages to tables while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Monitoring table needs and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Handling guest payments and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Assisting with cleaning and resetting tables to maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service. To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (restaurant, café, or hospitality setting).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented approach with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
