What You'll Do :

• Become a Key Player : Acquire a deep understanding of our vibrant clinic and the unique needs of our clients.
• Collaborate for Success : Work closely with our talented Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and multidisciplinary team to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Hands-On Therapy : Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions in diverse settingswhether its in our clinic, at home, or in the community.
• Crisis Management : Be a pillar of support during challenging moments, applying de-escalation techniques and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
• Data-Driven : Collect and analyze accurate data to track client progress and inform therapy adjustments.
• Continuous Learning : Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices.
• Communicate Effectively : Build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Documentation Excellence : Maintain meticulous records of client sessions and progress in accordance with our standards and regulatory requirements.

What Were Looking For :

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; current RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• Skills : Strong understanding of behavior principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience : Previous work with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred. Familiarity with the Jewish community and diverse age groups is a plus.
• Flexibility : A willingness to travel to client locations and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis across various settings.
• Comfort with technology for data collection and analysis.
