Medicaid Program Manager

A company is looking for a Project Delivery Program Manager - Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale IT migration and systems integration for Medicaid and Medicare

Act as the primary program lead, coordinating across stakeholders including business, technology, and compliance

Manage integrated program plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

8+ years of project or program management experience, particularly in large IT migrations or integrations

Healthcare industry experience required, with a focus on Medicaid, Medicare, or payer-side platforms

Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs with executive-level visibility

Highly organized and proactive with a solutions-oriented approach

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
