We are native to the Norfolk, Portsmouth, VA Beach, and Chesapeake areas and will continue to be a family-run business. We've gained a reputation for providing heating & air conditioning service with integrity and professionalism. We have expanded our team and are seeking an entry level installer to join our team.

Primary Job Function : To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. Provide the customer with a high-quality experience in a timely manner. Follow the direction of a Lead Installer and maintain a can-do, positive attitude.

Pay Scale : $16.00 - up per hour. Depends on experience

Work Hours : 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required

Required Qualifications :

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

(Experience working with common hand and power tools required)1 year of HVAC or construction experience or schooling desired, but not required

Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment

Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes

Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder

Ability to operate power and hand tools safely

Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given

Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills

Demonstrate mechanical aptitude

Ability to lift 75 lb., access crawlspaces and attics, use ladders
