Position Overview :

Join our client as an Airworthiness & Regulatory Engineer 3 in Everett, WA. Contribute to the safety and compliance of the world's safest transportation system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead teams in conducting detailed investigations into regulatory compliance issues.
• Collaborate with various engineering groups to address and resolve compliance challenges.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of compliance issues.
• Ensure investigation documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Partner with enterprise groups to enhance processes and tools.
• Communicate complex technical issues to diverse audiences effectively.

Skills Required :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Initiative and leadership in cross-functional teams and projects.
• Ownership and facilitation of work activities for timely completion.
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools.
• Knowledge of FAA Regulatory Compliance and ODA procedures.

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
