What We’re Looking For

A personable, motivated dentist who :

• Is passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry and continuously improving
• Enjoys building long-term patient relationships
• Is hard working, caring, and a true team player
• Is seeking a stable, supportive, and growth-oriented practice
• Wants to work 3 to 4 days per week

Experience in the following areas is a plus, but not required. We offer excellent mentorship and support :

Composite restorations

Crown and bridge

Endodontics

Extractions

Partials and dentures

Cosmetic dentistry

Dental implants

Conscious sedation

Compensation and Schedule

We offer flexibility so you can choose the structure that works best for you :

Option for production-only or hourly plus reduced production while getting started

Expected annual income : $200,000 to $450,000

Clinical schedule : 3 to 4 days per week
