Our client, a healthcare AI B2B startup, is hiring a GTM Recruiter to help scale the teams building AI agents that are redefining patient access.
This is a full-cycle, high-impact role for a recruiter who treats hiring as a craft, thrives in fast-moving startup environments, and is energized by ambiguity. You'll join a lean, growing talent team and play a critical role in building GTM functions across sales, growth, operations, and marketing.
Responsibilities :
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Operations
Design and execute creative outbound sourcing strategies , going well beyond LinkedIn
Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, build scorecards, structure interview loops, and close top-tier talent
Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first outreach through offer
Flex to support G&A recruiting as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first mindset
Qualifications :
2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM and / or G&A roles
Recent in-house GTM or Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-bar B2B SaaS startup environment (startup or in-house agency experience required; not FAANG )
Proven ability to independently own and scale GTM hiring
One of the following backgrounds :
Former sales professional who transitioned into recruiting
Agency or staffing recruiter who moved in-house
Recruiter who spans both G&A and GTM and is excited about doing both
Clear evidence of impact and attainment (metrics matter—bonus if highlighted on LinkedIn or resume)
Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus
