Summary :

The Data Specialist is responsible for providing entry level GIS / data cleanup services for capital and damage prevention projects. The candidate shall be able to collaborate with project supervisors and other project team members. Responsible for updating clients GIS system of record, assisting different team members in the execution of this work depending on the stage of the projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant should be able to perform with or without reasonable training and development.

• Digitizes features and updates attribute information in client GIS environment.
• Updates tracking database as work is performed.
• Ensures process documentation, processes and workflows are being maintained.
• Collaborates with other team members to support the successful performance of their roles.
• Interface with internal departments to resolve issues.
