Telephone Verification Operator

A company is looking for a Telephone Verification Operator QAC (Part-Time Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications

Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer information needed

Explain the application process and maintain communication with management regarding database actions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute

Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Desire to learn and grow within the company
