As a Project Accountant , you'll collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely billing, and smooth cash flow. You'll take ownership of AIA billings , contract compliance, and cost tracking-keeping every project on budget and on point.

What You'll Do as a Project Accountant :

Prepare, review, and process monthly AIA billings and client invoices.

Track project budgets, costs, and profitability, providing financial insights to project managers.

Manage change orders, commitments, and subcontractor payments.

Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate project documentation.

Partner with operations and leadership to ensure financial success on every project.

What Our Client Is Looking For in a Project Accountant :

3+ years of experience as a Project Accountant , preferably in construction, architecture, or engineering.

Strong knowledge of AIA billing processes and project accounting principles.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Deltek, Viewpoint, or Sage).

Excellent communication and organizational skills-someone who thrives on collaboration and precision.
