Requirements for the position :

  • Input projects.
  • Parts and pieces tracking
  • Schedule and plot our production.
  • Electrical and Mechanical aptitude
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience
  • Bold and will Speak up - Communicate effectively with the Production area

Leads .

Shift 7 : 30a - 4 : 30p M-F

Pay ranges from $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 based on experience

Other details :

  • Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
  • Financial aptitude.
  • Budgeting of resources and time management.
  • Teamwork.
  • CAR, SCAR, Toyota A3 / CAT 8D – 8 step problem, 5 why.
  • 5S and organizational skills
  • Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.
  • Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
  • Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
  • Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
  • Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
  • Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
  • Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
  • Coordinate customer shipping and resolve conflicts – Strong conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate with shipping and receiving for supplier / vendor shipment.
  • Manage and escalate any backlog from supplies.
  • Report on supplier performance with purchasing and quality.
