Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Direct Hire

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for one of our clients in Lakewood, WA .

Job Description :

• Assist with the rehabilitation of patients and residents according to the treatment plan
• Promote a better understanding of hospital policies
• Attend to the general care of patients and residents, provide emotional and physical comfort and safety, and maintain an attractive and comfortable environment
• Participate in education programs and treatment team conferences
• Care for patients / residents with communicable diseases including necessary sterilization and observation of aseptic techniques
• Observe, record, and report the general condition of patients / residents
• Participate in providing a therapeutic environment through acceptance of patients and residents Behavior, and guidance toward more rational Behavior
