Clinical Research Coordinator – RN II

A well-established healthcare organization in Orange County is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator, RN II to support complex clinical trials across drug, device, and biologic studies. This role partners closely with physicians, sponsors, and internal clinical teams to ensure studies are executed with precision, compliance, and patient-centered care.

This position plays a hands-on role across the full study lifecycle, including study startup, participant enrollment, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and ongoing study coordination. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical judgment, research rigor, and the ability to manage multiple active protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Key Focus Areas

• End-to-end coordination of clinical research studies (Phase I–IV)
• Informed consent administration, subject screening, and follow-up
• Regulatory documentation, safety reporting, and data quality oversight
• Collaboration with investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional teams
• Study operations, budgeting support, and process improvement

Requirements

• Active CA RN license
• 2+ years of clinical research or closely related experience
• Strong working knowledge of GCP and FDA research standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred

• BSN or higher
• ACRP or SoCRA certification
• IATA certification

Location: Orange County, CA

Pay Rate: $55 - 75/hr DOE
