Software Developer Position

Noblis is hiring a Software Developer to support NAVSEA and NSWCPD, and support the Logistics Department / applications. This position can be worked remotely, but candidates must be willing to travel to Philadelphia, PA occasionally if needed. MSD's mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) and their missions' to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. We are looking to hire SW Developer to provide support to various ship programs for the US Navy. You will provide system engineering and technical assistance support in the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Participating in customer technical meetings
• Helping design the system architecture and develop code to produce applications
• Developing Oracle database procedures and queries
• Attending all internal status meetings

Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 1-3 years of experience. Strong knowledge of Utilize C#,.net, javascript, aspx, sql, and xml. US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance.

Desired Qualifications : Strong technical background. Strong communication skills. COMPTIA Security+ Certification.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $65,200.00 - USD $101,950.00 / Yr.
