Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to help clients adopt and integrate their products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project implementation for clients adopting products or Encompass

Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements and ensure clear communication

Organize projects within project management software and lead weekly project calls with clients

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, particularly in technology or SaaS implementation

Solid understanding of mortgage lending and regulatory requirements

Experience with ICE's mortgage technology Encompass

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent professional experience

Proficiency in using project management tools and software
