Schedule:

• Full-time Nights - 36 hours per week, 7:00pm - 7:00am - every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday track

Trellis Supportive Care has expanded over the decades to meet the regional needs of our patients. Our service area encompasses thirteen counties in the Piedmont/Triad and we operate from four offices plus the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House. We have made it our mission to provide compassionate care for individuals living with a life-limiting illness and their families, through quality medical, emotional, spiritual, and social support wherever care is needed. Our staff has grown from a dozen individuals to over 350 specially trained professionals who work as a team to help patients live fully and comfortably, with hope - even during life's most challenging time.

Position Education/Skills/Abilities:
Current NC license as a Registered Nurse and current American Heart Association CPR certification
A minimum of one (1) year clinical experience strongly preferred
Excellent nursing assessment and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
Exceptional customer service required
Sensitive to the needs of terminally ill patients and families and one's own feelings about death and dying.
Able to cope with emotional stress and be tolerant of individual lifestyles
Computer proficiency with electronic medical records
