A company is looking for an IVR Migration Lead to oversee the migration of IVR systems from Avaya to AWS.
Key Responsibilities
Overhaul the tech stack within the IVR space, transitioning from Avaya to AWS
Reskill and configure all IVRs, including call routing and agent call handling
Ensure proper routing and connectivity between AWS Connect and Salesforce for CTI integration
Required Qualifications
Expert-level experience with AWS, particularly AWS Connect
Strong understanding of IVR systems and call routing processes
Familiarity with CTI integrations between AWS Connect and Salesforce
Experience managing large-scale migrations in complex enterprise environments
Financial Services experience is a plus but not required
