Product Development Manager

A company is looking for a Product Development Manager to oversee the development of new products from formulation to production.

Key Responsibilities

Support new product launches by managing packaging development and material testing

Optimize post-launch products by collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience

Manage cross-functional projects and maintain clear communication with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG)

Proven project management skills, particularly in coordinating multiple projects using Asana

Experience in conducting product development research on trends and materials

Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and ensure quality deliverables

Experience in creating and documenting processes for efficient product development
