Wickstrom Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team in Barrington, IL. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for our customers, providing expert guidance on our vehicle inventory and helping them find the perfect match to meet their needs. Your personality and strong communication skills will be essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience with "The Wickstrom Way"

Responsibilities

  • Act as a product expert on all vehicle makes, models, and features available within Wickstrom Auto Group.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and enhance the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits.
  • Assist in training staff on product knowledge and communicating key vehicle attributes.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership inventory and upcoming vehicle arrivals.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or product specialization is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient with technology and comfortable learning new software tools.
  • Ability to work in Barrington, IL, with flexible hours as needed.
