Key Job Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive material transactions for electrical equipment, including purchase requisitions, order creation, receiving, and invoice reconciliation
• Partner with material managers to validate demand signals and align with supply strategies
• Monitor order statuses and proactively resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines
• Maintain precise procurement system records to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ordering and invoicing processes
