Our client is a uniquely successful, international technology solutions enterprise with deep expertise and sector leadership in their market, backed by private equity. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer / Partner to the CEO to help lead the growth and ongoing evolution of the enterprise. This role will require travel 50-60% of the time, including some international travel.

Your mandate is to provide "best-in-class" financial support to the executive team while building robust and scalable infrastructure for a rapidly growing global business. You will take a leadership role in international organic and acquisitive growth initiatives, including integration, while managing banking relationships and communicating with the Board and investors on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have sound financial leadership experience, excellent communication and team-building skills, and a background ideally including commercial services or other B2B services industry experience. Exposure to professional and consulting services, BPO services, IT solutions services or systems integration services is desirable. Experience in scaling a business through acquisition and working with a financial investor and Board are assets.
