A supportive environment with advancement opportunities—we promote from within! Clean customers' homes following Molly Maid's standards to ensure satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner. If acting as a team lead, manage schedules, drive the company vehicle safely, and maintain cleaning equipment. A team player with a great attitude! Legally authorized to work in the United States. Valid Driver's License Required. Must pass a background check. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Availability to work 8 AM to 5 PM or later, with flexibility to fit team needs. 3 days / week minimum commitment Bilingual skills preferred to communicate effectively with clients. Enjoys working with diverse teams and clients in various environments. Takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining attention to detail. Eager to learn new skills and apply them in a variety of settings. Passionate about helping people and enhancing their living spaces.
Benefits & Pay :
- Earn up to $22.00 per hour , depending on performance.

Molly Maid is seeking a motivated and flexible house cleaning professional to join our float team. This PART-TIME position offers a unique opportunity to learn our proven cleaning process and the potential to move to full-time based on performance and business needs . You will serve as a support role to fill in gaps in our schedule as needed, offering you a flexible schedule without nights, weekends, or holidays, and a compensation plan that allows you to influence your earnings.
