    Molly Maid is seeking a motivated and flexible house cleaning professional to join our float team. This PART-TIME position offers a unique opportunity to learn our proven cleaning process and the potential to move to full-time based on performance and business needs . You will serve as a support role to fill in gaps in our schedule as needed, offering you a flexible schedule without nights, weekends, or holidays, and a compensation plan that allows you to influence your earnings.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Clean customers' homes following Molly Maid's standards to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • If acting as a team lead, manage schedules, drive the company vehicle safely, and maintain cleaning equipment.

    • Job Requirements :

  • A team player with a great attitude!
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Availability to work 8 AM to 5 PM or later, with flexibility to fit team needs.
  • 3 days / week minimum commitment
  • Bilingual skills preferred to communicate effectively with clients.
