Remote role. Must be based in the Denver, CO area to accommodate the 1–2 week per quarter onsite requirement in Greenwood Village

We are seeking a seasoned, dedicated UX Researcher who thrives at the intersection of human behavior and product strategy. This is a pure research and strategy role—ideal for a specialist who is passionate about uncovering deep user insights and has no desire to pivot into UI / UX design.

You will act as a strategic partner to our product teams, functioning with a high degree of autonomy to lead end-to-end research initiatives. Beyond execution, you will serve as a UX Evangelist, teaching stakeholders the value of research and translating complex data into actionable business strategies.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $50-60 / hr. w2

Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Research : Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-method research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and in-depth interviews.
• Strategic Influence : Translate research findings into high-level strategy and present insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Evangelism : Actively promote a research-first culture, educating cross-functional partners on methodologies and the ROI of user insights.
• Mixed Methods : Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to provide a holistic view of the user experience for client-facing products.
• Autonomy : Manage project timelines, recruitment, and stakeholder expectations independently with minimal supervision.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
