Rasevic is a 30-year-old, regionally-based, best-in-class landscape design, build, and maintenance company serving commercial properties, developers, and homeowners in the Washington, DC Metro area. Our team is committed to excellence, teamwork, and creating stunning outdoor spaces.

As a Landscape Crew Member , you will work hands-on performing landscape services, maintaining property aesthetics, and supporting our crews in delivering top-tier service.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and general site upkeep.
  • Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely, including mowers, trimmers, and power tools.
  • Assist team members in completing daily assignments efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on client properties.
  • Support snow and ice operations during the winter months as needed.
  • Follow company safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements : Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
  • Experience operating landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, power tools, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, nights, or weekends during snow events.

    • Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 6 : 30 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m. (or as directed).
  • Winter schedule flexibility is required for snow events.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
