[job_card.job_description]Plan and implement Montessori curriculum for pre-school-aged children, fostering intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Prepare and maintain an organized, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Observe and assess each childs progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs. Foster independence, self-discipline, and respect in students through Montessori principles. Collaborate with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and development. Work closely with colleagues to support school-wide goals and initiatives. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior. Participate in professional development and school events. Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent) for the pre-school level (ages 3-6). Bachelors degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Montessori or early childhood education setting (preferred). With minimum of 2 years(preferred) as lead teacher. Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Background check and fingerprinting required. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
