Oncology - Radiation Physician

Location : Indiana

BC / BE Requirements : BC Only

Call Requirements : nightly Call

Position Information :

Must possess an active IN license

Must be Board Certified

Physician Must Attend EPIC and Orientation training PRIOR TO ASSIGNMENT; This is Tentative on File Completion

HR Items must be Completed and Turned in 30 Days within start date

Must Complete Drug Screen and Physical

Clean Malpractice History and Background

Physician must close charts within 14 days of patient contact

All reimbursement receipts must be turned in 45 days of within the last scheduled shift; 46 days and over will not be reimbursed.

Ideal is local candidate

Start date : 12 / 3. Will need EPIC training beforehand.

• ?Schedule : Monday â€" Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. â€" 5 : 00 Or until last patient is seen and completes treatment
