Position : Head / Lead Teacher, (expert in Preschool / Pre-Kindergarten development and programing)

As a Preschool / Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children develop their foundation. Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support childrens individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth

Qualifications

• College / University degree in an Education-related major
• Child Development Associates (if applicable)
• 5+ years of experience working as a Preschool / Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
• Strong leadership skills to thrive in the opening a brand-new preschool
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children
