A company is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support new and existing SMB clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating the value of the service
Ensure timely and professional handling of all inbound SMB client communications
Manage day-to-day client responsibilities, including task tracking, leading client calls, and conducting bi-annual reporting
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, and / or operations
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in the B2B2C vendor space and at a high-growth, early-stage startup is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM) and Slack
