Key Responsibilities :
Define and document business requirements for complex government software systems
Analyze business processes and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to organize work and priorities
Create and document technical specifications and deliverables, including user stories and workflow diagrams
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
6 years of experience in software / hardware development efforts
Strong technical writing skills for business and functional requirements documentation
Experience with software tools for managing requirements and creating diagrams
Understanding of user interfaces and business process analysis skills
