Location : Denver, CO (100% Onsite, Monday–Friday)
Experience Level : 0–3 years
Start Date : ASAP (2025 graduates preferred; not considering 2026 grads)
Salary Range : $100,000–$145,000 DOE

About the Role
The Associate Technical Operations Leader role is part of a highly selective Leadership Development Program designed for exceptional early-career talent. This is not a traditional entry-level position — it’s a fast-track opportunity for high achievers who want real ownership, executive exposure, and rapid career acceleration.
You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, product, and customer success , taking responsibility for critical workflows and automation initiatives that directly impact enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do
Technical & Operational Ownership
Own a core operational function or workflow, driving efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Lead automation and process improvement initiatives for enterprise customers.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover bottlenecks and design technical solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with engineering, product, and customer teams to align business and technical goals.
Translate technical challenges into actionable business recommendations.
Present insights and progress to senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO.
Customer & Product Engagement
Work directly with enterprise customers to optimize workflows and solve operational challenges.
Provide real-world insights to influence product strategy and roadmap.
Support account teams by addressing high-impact operational needs.
Strategy, Execution & Extreme Ownership
Drive projects end-to-end — from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement.
Build metrics, dashboards, and models to track impact.
Own deliverables and timelines with minimal oversight in a high-expectation environment.
Requirements What We’re Looking For
Education & Academic Excellence
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, CS, Data Science, Applied Math, Physics, etc.).
Strong academic performance; top-tier universities preferred.
Technical & Analytical Strength
Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, SQL, MATLAB, R, C++ , or similar.
Strong quantitative problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience That Shows Impact
Internships, research, co-ops, or technical projects with measurable outcomes.
1–3 years of hands-on experience preferred.
Leadership & Initiative
Demonstrated leadership in teams, projects, competitions, or entrepreneurial efforts.
Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to senior leaders.
