Anesthesiologists Needed – Kingwood, TX

📍 40 minutes North of Houston

💼 Hospital – Level II Trauma

📅 Start : January 1 | Ongoing

We have multiple locums Anesthesiologist openings at a busy Level II Trauma hospital in Kingwood, TX. The site is going live with a new anesthesia group on January 1st and needs 3 MDs to help support the transition.

Schedule & Call

  • Mix of MD-8 , Day + Call , Call Only , and Weekend Call
  • Priority to MDs who can take in-house call (5pm–7am)
  • In-house call MD supervises a CRNA only — no solo cases
  • 1 : 6 call with pre- and post-call days off
  • Team : 4 MDs (3 General, 1 Cardiac) + 14 CRNAs daily
  • Supervision model

    • Case Types

    General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Urology, GYN, Plastics, Neuro, Radiology, ENT

    Requirements

  • Active Texas license
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS required
  • Minimum 1 year experience acceptable
  • Credentialing : ~8 weeks

    • Pay

  • $330 / hr + T&L (regular hours)
  • $355 / hr OT / Callback
  • Holiday (Jan 1) : $355 / hr
  • In-house call paid hourly (up to $330 / hr)

    • Open Dates

    Multiple MD-8, Call, Day+Call, and Weekend Call shifts available January–April 2026 .
