Our part-time service, fitness sales professional earns commission on new member sales. They thrive in generating their personal sales goals and helping members during your front service desk shifts all performed in a manner that fosters member retention. The work is not always easy but it is worthwhile.

They show self initiative to perform a variety of activities necessary for success from : handing out guest passes, talking up center activities and asking for referrals for lead generation, booking and confirming appointments by phone or internet, conducting center tours, presenting rates, asking for the sale, uncovering concerns and scheduling timely follow up with those who have not yet become a new member. This position also includes community outreach and corporate membership sales.

The ideal candidate is looking for a varied work schedule that includes some evenings; weekday, and a few weekend shifts.

You are a believer in fitness for life. Others view you as honest and authentic with a natural ability to be a good listener who is likeable and relates well with others. You have a keen sense of personal pride in exceeding goals. Any previous experience in retail sales is helpful, ideally within the fitness, health, and wellness industry.

Compensation : $16.39 - $25.00 per hour
