We’re looking for a candidate who is analytical, enjoys thinking outside the box, and loves to solve complex problems in a fast-paced agile environment.

This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Perform thorough black-box testing of our native mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications to validate functionality, usability, and cross-platform consistency.
  • Create, update, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans to ensure that our software meets functional and business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA peers across mobile and web to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Provide QA insights during design and development discussions, focusing on testability, risk assessment, and quality impact.
  • Develop and refine QA strategies and automation coverage that improve efficiency and long-term scalability of testing efforts.
  • Validate and evaluate AI-powered features, including prompt reliability, output consistency, and model response quality.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience debugging, troubleshooting, and solving technical problems in iOS and Android, including experience with network proxies (e.g. Charles, Proxyman).
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, test case creation design, and best practices for delivering stable, high-quality products.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile test automation frameworks or tools like Waldo, Repeato or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation, test data setup, and verifying data integrity across systems.
  • Familiarity with AI / LLM testing, including validation of model behavior, regression testing of AI-driven features, or prompt evaluation
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn, share knowledge, and continuously improve QA processes.
