How you Will make a difference

• Assisting with the strategic direction of an assigned area including examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes, such as shortages and surpluses.
• Assisting with metrics that are best suited for the area and analyzing those metrics with the VP of Operations / COO to accommodate hiring practices, such as time-to-fill measurements, etc.
• Responsible for the overall recruiting efforts for a designated area including advertising, screening of applicants, scheduling interviews, scheduling interviews, extending job offers, posting and closing positions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
