Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Job Responsibilities

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document actions in accordance with company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in all patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescription medications.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Lead and guide ancillary staff while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
