Production Worker - Patty Machine Operator (Permanent/Full Time)

Direct Source Meats is now hiring for a Patty Machine Operator at the Albuquerque location.

Direct Source Meets offers high quality, specialty meat products to customers. Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken and pork for both retail and food service markets. DSM also includes a state of the art, 60,000 square foot cook plant.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and breakdown of machine including washing/ sanitizing machine during shift
• Operating and monitoring of machine
• Navigating through the user interface and make adjustment to settings
• Perform basic non-mechanical troubleshooting of machine
• Monitor quality and safety of product
• Communicating effectively with the Maintenance department during machine breakdown
• Completing documentation/ logs as required

The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to finish.
