A highly respected General Contractor in the area with a strong and growing backlog of work is seeking an Estimator to join their team. This commercial construction company is looking for an Estimator with excellent people skills and a proven work history on commercial construction projects. Being a team player, while also having the ability to work autonomously, is a must.

This company prides itself on delivering an exceptional client experience from planning through project completion. The Estimator role is a cornerstone position, providing clarity, accuracy, and value throughout the preconstruction process.

Estimator Responsibilities

Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material

Utilize conceptual estimating and value engineering as needed

Write and present budgets, reports, and project plans

Develop and manage estimates for multiple, simultaneous projects

Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams

Maintain accuracy while working independently and meeting deadlines

Estimator Qualifications

1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects

B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree strongly preferred

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and organize data efficiently
